Pick-Up Policy

Pick-Up Hours:

  • • Monday–Friday: by 12:00 PM (noon)
  • • Saturday: by 2:00 PM
  • • Sunday: Closed (Limited pick-up may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance.)

Late Check-Out Policy:

  • • Monday–Friday: Pick-ups between 1 PM and 6 PM are allowed and will incur a $20 late check-out fee.
  • • Saturday: Pick-up time is included until 2 PM. A $20 late check-out fee applies after 2 PM.

Late Check-Out Policy:

  • Late pick-ups will incur a $20 late check-out fee. Dogs not picked up by closing time will be considered overnight guests and charged the standard overnight boarding rate for that evening.
