915 Dog Boarding provides professional pet boarding services for dogs and cats, including:

• Overnight boarding accommodations

3. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

3.1 Reservation Requirements

• All bookings must be made in advance
• A valid phone number and emergency contact information is required
• Proof of current vaccinations may be required
• Special care instructions must be provided in writing

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full booking amount

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional services may incur additional charges

4. PET REQUIREMENTS AND HEALTH

4.1 Vaccination Requirements

All pets must have current vaccinations for:

• Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella
• Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
• Proof of vaccination must be provided

4.2 Health and Medical Conditions

• Pets must be in good health at check-in
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed
• We reserve the right to refuse service to sick pets
• Emergency veterinary care may be provided at owner's expense

4.3 Pet Behavior

• Pets must be non-aggressive toward people and other animals
• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with severe behavioral issues
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets

5. DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

5.1 Check-in Process

• Arrive during designated check-in hours
• Bring pet's food, medications, and comfort items
• Complete all required paperwork
• Provide emergency contact information

5.2 Check-out Process

• Pick up during designated check-out hours
• Late pick-ups may incur additional charges
• All personal items must be collected
• Payment must be completed before departure

5.3 Operating Hours

• Check-in: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Special arrangements may be available upon request

6. CARE AND SUPERVISION

• 24/7 supervised care
• Regular feeding according to owner's schedule
• Clean, comfortable accommodations
• Daily exercise and playtime
• Medication administration when required

6.2 Emergency Procedures

• In case of emergency, we will contact the owner immediately
• Emergency veterinary care will be provided if necessary
• Owner is responsible for all veterinary expenses
• We will follow owner's instructions for emergency care

6.3 Photo Updates

• Daily photo updates will be provided
• Photos may be shared on social media with owner consent
• Owners may request additional updates

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

7.1 Limitation of Liability

915 Dog Boarding is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear on pet items
• Minor scratches or injuries from normal play
• Pre-existing medical conditions
• Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances

7.2 Owner Responsibility

Owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pet information
• Ensuring pets are properly vaccinated
• Paying for all services rendered
• Collecting pets on time
• Any damage caused by their pets

7.3 Insurance Coverage

• We maintain appropriate liability insurance

• Owners may wish to maintain their own pet insurance
